The Order Management system for LearnDash empowers site administrators to manage orders with just a few quick clicks. With improved accessibility, orders are prominently featured in the main navigation menu under LearnDash LMS > Orders, enabling quick and easy access. You can quickly view, search, and organize orders more effectively, enhancing overall workflow and efficiency. You’ll also have access to a mobile view of the orders list, with all the same functionality you enjoy in the desktop view.

Orders are included in the main navigation, making them more discoverable. The Orders list has been reorganized to make more important data points easier to find (order ID, Price), optimized row sorting, and added the ability to search by order ID, item, customer email, customer name, and gateway.
You can see all customer orders under the Customer Orders tab and Test Orders under the Test Orders tab. This is incredibly helpful when you are making test orders and receiving customer orders simultaneously.

Order details #
From the list of orders, you can view all the details as well as edit customer info and course access with just one click. You can learn more by watching the Order Details Screencast.
From this screen, you can:
- Copy the Session ID of the payment
- Edit Customer Information
- Edit Course Access
- Resend Invoice Email To Customer
- Move to Trash

Orders puts essential information at your fingertips You can easily resend invoices via email, quickly navigate to customer profiles, courses, and group screens, and copy payment gateway transaction IDs with just a click. It’s also easy to see when Coupons or Achievement Points are used for payment. This design makes managing orders simpler and more convenient, while helping you gain better insights into your order data.

Yes, it is fully compatible with WordPress version 6.2 or above. Older versions of WordPress can lead to various issues, including the potential malfunction of certain features.
Currently, subscriptions cannot be managed directly in this UI. Anything pertaining to changing end dates, changing subscriptions, etc. is not available at the moment.
