The LearnDash Zapier integration empowers you to automate the learning experience. Using Zapier, you can connect LearnDash with over 1,500 applications, and automatically pass data from LearnDash to another application of your choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data is sent to another app after specific Triggers take place on your LearnDash site. We’ll briefly explain how Zapier works, all of the available Triggers, and walk you through a real-world example from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>: You need to sign up for a Zapier account<\/a> before you can use this integration. Both free and premium options are available. Note that some Zapier functionality, such as filters, require a paid plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a Zap?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Zap is a connection between two (or more) applications. Zaps consist of one Trigger, followed by one (or several) Actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Trigger:<\/strong> Something occurs in Application 1 to start the process. In this case, Application 1 is LearnDash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Data from Application 1 is sent to Zapier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Filter:<\/strong> Modify the data in one, or several, ways (optional, requires premium account)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Action:<\/strong> Some, or all, of the data is then sent to Application 2<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sign Up for a Zapier Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to zapier.com<\/a> and click the “Sign Up” button at the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Follow the prompts to create your account<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Keep your account open in your browser, as we’ll come back to it shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Install the Zapier Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Option 1: Add-ons Menu (requires an active LearnDash license)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. In your WordPress admin area, navigate to LearnDash LMS > Add-Ons<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Locate the Zapier for LearnDash add-on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click Install Now<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click the Activate Plugin button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        Option 2: Manual Upload<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. Download the plugin file<\/a> (must be l<\/a>ogged in<\/a> to download)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. In WordPress, navigate to Plugins > Add New<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Click Upload Plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Browse for the.zip<\/strong><\/span><\/code> file you downloaded in Step 1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Click Install Now<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Click Activate Plugin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
