A WooCommerce LearnDash Teams product<\/strong> allows customers to purchase course seats in bulk<\/strong> without creating or managing a full Organization. This option is ideal when customers want to buy access for a course or set of courses and assign seats to learners, but do not need Organization-level management features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a Teams product, customers purchase a set number of seats and then assign those seats to users through Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide explains how to configure and sell LearnDash Teams products using WooCommerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Enable WooCommerce Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before creating a Teams product, WooCommerce integration must be enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to LearnDash LMS \u2192 Groups Plus \u2192 Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Scroll to the WooCommerce<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enable WooCommerce Integration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong>, then refresh the page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Enable \u201cAdd Seats to Team\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    After refreshing the settings page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Return to LearnDash LMS \u2192 Groups Plus \u2192 Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the WooCommerce<\/strong> section, enable Add Seats to Team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      This setting allows customers to purchase seats that can be assigned directly to Teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Step 3: Set Per-Seat Pricing for Courses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Each course included in a Teams product requires a per-seat price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For each course:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Edit the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In the right-hand sidebar, locate LearnDash Groups Plus WooCommerce<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Enter the Course Price<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        This price represents the cost per seat<\/strong> for the course and is charged in addition to the base Team price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Step 4: Create the WooCommerce Teams Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        1. Navigate to Products \u2192 Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Enter a product name, description, and product image.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. In the Product data<\/strong> dropdown, select LearnDash Teams<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Under General \u2192 Regular Price<\/strong>, enter the base Team price<\/strong>.\n

          • This price is separate from, and added to, the per-seat course prices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Open the LearnDash Team Courses<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Select all courses that should be included in the Teams product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Click Publish<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            The Teams product is now available for purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Understanding Team Membership Display<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            In the Groups interface:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • The Members<\/strong> column displays only users who have been added to a Team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The parent Group (Organization) does not<\/strong> display members unless those users belong to at least one Team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If no users have been assigned to any Team, the Members column for the parent Group will appear empty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              This behavior is expected and helps distinguish between Organization-level structure and Team-level enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
