They cannot be set globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heres an example of most of the available options. Every single user will receive a message, but the message will be customized based on their score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-restart-quiz-button\">Restart Quiz Button<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enable this setting to show a Restart Quiz button on the results page, after a user finishes a quiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-custom-results-display\">Custom Results Display<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several aspects of the quiz results page that you can customize. Choose to show or hide any of the following elements:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1540\" height=\"1502\" src=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/learndash-quiz-results-page-frontend-labeled.jpg\" alt=\"LearnDash quiz results page, frontend example labeled\" class=\"wp-image-2637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/learndash-quiz-results-page-frontend-labeled.jpg 1540w, https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/learndash-quiz-results-page-frontend-labeled-400x390.jpg 400w, https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/learndash-quiz-results-page-frontend-labeled-768x749.jpg 768w, https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/learndash-quiz-results-page-frontend-labeled-800x780.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1540px) 100vw, 1540px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Average Score:<\/strong> Displays a bar graph with Your score compared to the Average score of all users who have taken this quiz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Category Score:<\/strong> Displays the score (in percentage) broken down by <a href=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/docs\/core\/quizzes\/questions\/#question_categories\">question category<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overall Score:<\/strong> Displays the number of points earned, possible points available and percentage score. If <a href=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/docs\/core\/quizzes\/essays\/\">essays<\/a> still need to be graded, a message will be shown in this area as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Number of Correct Answers:<\/strong> Displays the number of questions answered correctly, out of the total number of questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Time Spent:<\/strong> Displays the time it took the user to complete the quiz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: If you leave the <strong>Custom Results Display<\/strong> setting turned off, all elements will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-custom-answer-feedback\">Custom Answer Feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When enabling custom answer feedback, you can decide what type of feedback to provide to the user at the end of a quiz. Some examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only display a final score (hide all questions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show the user which answers were correct and incorrect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display a custom message beneath each question<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please familiarize yourself with the following elements. Images and other HTML are supported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>(Optional)<\/em> If you left the box unchecked in step 4, enter a different message for when the user gets the question incorrect<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this is also available right from within the <a href=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/docs\/core\/quizzes\/quiz-builder\/\">quiz builder<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-correct-incorrect-answer-marks\">Correct \/ Incorrect Answer Marks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Answer marks provide the user feedback on each question. <strong class=\"text-positive\">Green<\/strong> is used to indicate correct answers, while <strong class=\"text-negative\">red<\/strong> is used to indicate incorrect answers. If you allow users to <a href=\"https:\/\/learndash.com\/support\/docs\/core\/quizzes\/quiz-access\/#quiz_retakes\">retake the quiz<\/a>, and you don&#8217;t want to give away the answers, you can disable answer marks. They&#8217;ll still be able to see the answers they provided, they just won&#8217;t know if it was correct or incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-view-questions-button\">View Questions Button<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If disabled, the View Questions button will not appear on the results page, and users will not be able to review the questions. Only the information you have enabled in the previous section, Custom Results Display, will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To review the previously mentioned elements, here are the settings responsible to make these possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>View Questions Button<\/strong> <strong>turned off:<\/strong> Only display a final score (hide all questions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correct \/ Incorrect Answer Marks<\/strong> <strong>turned on:<\/strong> Show the user which answers were correct and incorrect <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correct \/ Incorrect Messages turned on:<\/strong> Display a custom message beneath each question<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your preference, you can have any combination of these settings on or off at the same time.
