<\/strong>Collecting feedback from your app users helps you identify issues, improve the experience, and support your community more effectively. The Send Us Feedback<\/strong> feature in the LearnDash App allows users to submit comments, media attachments, and device details directly to your inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide walks you through enabling the feature and explains how users can submit feedback within the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Configure the Feedback Settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In WordPress, go to LearnDash App > Settings > Feedback<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
