Troubleshooting and FAQs #
Q: Why doesn’t the QR code scan?
A: Make sure your QR scanner or camera app has permission to access the camera. Try a different QR app if needed.
Q: I see “Install blocked” or “Unknown sources” error.
A: Go to Settings > Security > Install unknown apps, then allow installation for your browser.
Q: The download failed or timed out.
A: Check your internet connection and try again. If the build is over 30 days old, you’ll need to request a new one.
Q: Why did the new build replace my old one?
A: Android apps with the same package name cannot coexist. Uninstall the old version first, or create a build with a unique package name.
